Frequently Asked Questions
1.) What is the normal production time?
Normal production time is 2 to 4 weeks. Proofs add 1 to 3 working days and normal shipping time is 1 to 4 working days.
2.) What format of art do you need?
We prefer .eps Vector based artwork with fonts converted to outlines.
3.) What if I don't have .eps artwork?
We can produce acceptable artwork but there will be an art charge of approximately $35 to $45.
4.) Why does my invoice have Newton on it?
We have a co-marketing partnership with Newton Manufacturing Co. in Newton , Iowa. We process our orders through them and they handle the billing for us.
5.) Can I see samples?
Yes you can!! We are happy to provide free samples (within reason). We like for our customers to be able to touch the products they may be purchasing.
